In this role, you'll design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and integrations that power safe, reliable childcare matching. You'll collaborate with product, design, and data teams to ship user-centered features, improve platform performance, and strengthen trust and safety tools. Ideal candidates bring solid software development experience, clean coding practices, and a passion for mission-driven work that supports families and caregivers nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams on features
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and documentation
• Improve performance, security, and reliability of the platform
• Contribute to trust and safety tools for families and caregivers
• Participate in agile ceremonies and iterative delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
