Role Summary
The Conveyors Offline Lead oversees manual or semi-automated conveyor operations that occur outside main production lines, such as rework, sorting, or specialty pack handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team in oSline sorting, stacking, and transfer operations.
- Maintain workflow eSiciency and product integrity.
- Verify counts and pack order accuracy.
- Communicate with Supervisors on rework priorities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2–4 years experience in conveyor or packaging operations.
- Leadership or training experience preferred.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Prolonged standing and repetitive handling.
- Exposure to conveyor noise and movement.
