Seasonal Sales Associate - LA

ABOUT THE ROLE
Vivienne Westwood is one of the most iconic British fashion brands, with a strong commitment to its people and the environment.

We are currently looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to join the Retail Team in our LA store location on a seasonal part-time basis.

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience during our busiest trading period. You will support both sales floor and stockroom operations, helping to drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience

• Building strong relationships with clients and developing product knowledge across all categories

• Achieving individual and store sales targets

• Supporting the team during peak trading periods

• Assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining product availability on the shop floor

• Receiving, processing, and organising stock deliveries

• Supporting stock transfers, returns, and inventory movements

• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the store and stockroom

• Assisting with visual merchandising and window displays as directed

• Processing transactions accurately through the POS system

• Supporting store events, launches, and promotional activities

• Following all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

• Acting as a positive ambassador for the Vivienne Westwood brand at all times

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Passion for luxury fashion and the Vivienne Westwood brand

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and positive attitude

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holiday trading periods

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
