Job description
- Location: Remote

- Department/Specialty: MWF Shared Services
- Schedule: M-F, Days l Full-time
- Support monthly financial close activities, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
- Develop and monitor clinic-level operating budgets, forecasts, and financial performance in collaboration with medical group leadership.
- Provide financial analysis and support for physician compensation arrangements, productivity, and related operational performance.
- Develop financial pro formas for physician employment models, Professional Services Agreements (PSAs), and strategic initiatives, while supporting capital planning and budgeting.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):
- None Required.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience in healthcare finance, preferably within a medical group or physician practice environment, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis.
- Experience with physician compensation analysis, financial pro forma development, capital budgeting, and advanced Excel-based financial modeling, along with familiarity with Google Sheets and Oracle.
