What You'll Need • (Technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational training certificate, or state-certified technician/business administrator. • German language proficiency at B2 level. • A passion for the construction process and an interest in technical tasks. • Strong mathematical skills and spatial reasoning abilities. • Goal-oriented, structured, and a high willingness to learn, with good teamwork and communication skills.
