London | Hybrid – Tuesday to Thursday onsite

Initial 6-month contract

Rate: £28.85/hour + holiday pay

An exciting opportunity has opened up with one of the world’s leading technology companies for a data-driven Business Analyst to join a high-performing team in London.

This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy and business performance . You’ll work with large and complex datasets, uncover insights, build compelling business cases and help turn analysis into clear recommendations that influence business decisions.

What you'll be doing

Conduct strategic and data-driven analysis to identify opportunities to improve business performance

Analyse large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights

Use SQL to interrogate data, build metrics and support analytical decision-making

Develop dashboards, reports and presentations that clearly communicate key findings

Support business cases, market analysis and evaluation of new opportunities

Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from senior stakeholders and business leaders

Partner cross-functionally to support strategic projects and initiatives

Turn complex analysis into persuasive, easy-to-understand stories and recommendations

What we're looking for

✔ Strong Business Analysis / Data Analysis experience

✔ Hands-on SQL skills

✔ Strong statistical and analytical capability

✔ Experience working with large and complex datasets

✔ Dashboarding and data visualisation experience

✔ Excellent storytelling and presentation skills – able to turn data into a compelling narrative

✔ Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving skills

✔ Confident stakeholder management and consultative skills

✔ Experience supporting strategic projects or business performance initiatives

✔ Background within technology, consulting or another highly data-driven environment would be highly advantageous
