Job Description

Direct Medics are seeking Specialist Rotational Pharmacists to join hospital based pharmacy teams. These are permanent positions with start dates as soon as possible and appointments anticipated from December 2026/January 2027.

This opportunity involves providing advanced level clinical pharmacy services to Oncology/Haematology, frailty and older person care, Urgent and Emergency Services in addition to providing clinical pharmacy services across the Trust.

Requirements

• GPhC registration

• Degree/Master’s in Pharmacy

• Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice or equivalent experience

• Significant hospital and clinical pharmacy experience

• Strong knowledge of medicines management and national pharmaceutical guidelines

• Right to live and work in the UK
