Job Description

Direct Medics are seeking Specialist Rotational Pharmacists to join hospital based pharmacy teams. These are permanent positions with start dates anticipated from December 2026/January 2027 or as soon as possible.

This opportunity involves providing advanced level clinical pharmacy services to Oncology/Haematology, frailty and older person care, Urgent and Emergency Services in addition to providing clinical pharmacy services across the Trust.

Requirements

• GPhC registration

• Degree/Master’s in Pharmacy

• Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice or equivalent experience

• Significant hospital and clinical pharmacy experience

• Strong knowledge of medicines management and national pharmaceutical guidelines

• Right to live and work in the UK
