Job Role: Communications Services Analyst I

Location: Los Angeles, CA – Onsite (90063)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Travel: 10%

Skills Required:

The Communications Service Analyst I will possess knowledge and experience in customer service; flexibility; interpersonal skills; leadership; organizational awareness; problem solving; excellent oral and written communication skills; and be proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Experience Required:

This classification requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience interacting with end user organizations in coordinating the planning, design and provisioning of voice and data telecommunications services, equipment, and systems to meet operational requirements.

Additional Experience Required:

At least 3 years of cloud technology experience such as Microsoft TEAMS, Cisco Webex and ACD/Call Accounting or similar. 3 years of experience with legacy voice, VoIP, PBX, IVR, and ACD or similar. 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect (AWS), Zoom, and Cisco UC or similar. 3 years of familiarity with service request lifecycle, vendor coordination, and on-site evaluations or similar.

Education Required:

A high school diploma or equivalent. A valid California Class C Driver License with no restrictions.

Additional Information:

Travel is required within Los Angeles County to help support site surveys, project migrations and decommission of equipment. Candidate must have a valid driver''s license without restrictions and must have reliable operable vehicle.
