Job Description

Photocopier Engineer We are looking for an experienced Mobile Photocopier Engineer for a leading MPS organisation. This company a growing and forward-thinking service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
Providing an exceptional customer service Essential Experience:
It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
Excellent IT / Networking skills
Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
Great time management and ability to work under pressure Desirable Experience
Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines; Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP, Ricoh, Sharp, Canon
Experience on IT solutions (Equitrac, Ecopy, Papercut) Keywords – PHOTOCOPIER ENGINEER, PRINTER, MFD, MFP, FIELD SERVICE, ENGINEER, HP, HEWLETT PACKARD
