Position Summary

The Data Engineering Lead is responsiblefor the end-to-end ownership, governance, delivery, support, optimization, andstrategic roadmap of the organization's Digital Engineering and Data Platforms.This role provides leadership across data integration, data warehousing,analytics, automation, reporting, AI-enabled data platforms, and enterpriseapplication ecosystems.

The role will oversee a portfoliocomprising Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Informatica,Azure Integration Services, Power BI, Power Automate, Nintex, UiPath, GitHub,SecurePay, Message Exchange Portal, Blue Care Application, and associatedenterprise platforms. The individual will drive data modernization initiatives,ensure operational excellence, maintain platform reliability, and lead teamsdelivering data-driven business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownenterprise data platform strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap.
  
• Leadmodernization of Azure Data Lake, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabricenvironments.
  
• Ensurescalable, secure, and cost-effective data engineering solutions.
  
• Defineenterprise data standards, data quality frameworks, and metadatamanagement practices.
  
• Supportadvanced analytics, reporting, AI, and business intelligence initiatives.
  

Data Integration & ETL Management

• Manageenterprise integrations using:
  
• Informatica
  
• MessageExchange Portal
  
• APIsand event-driven integrations
  
• GovernETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data flows.
  
• Ensuredata availability, integrity, consistency, and performance acrossplatforms.
  
• Leadenterprise Power BI strategy and service delivery.
  
• EstablishBI governance and reporting standards.
  
• Partnerwith business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and executivedashboards.
  
• Driveself-service analytics adoption.
  

Service Delivery & Operations

• Ownservice management processes aligned to ITIL standards.
  
• ManageL2/L3 support teams and vendor engagements.
  
• EnsureSLA, KPI, availability, and performance targets are achieved.
  
• Driveincident, problem, change, and release management activities.
  
• Establishoperational dashboards and executive reporting.
  

Stakeholder Management

• Collaboratewith business leaders, architects, security teams, vendors, and externalpartners.
  
• Translatebusiness requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  
• Presentplatform roadmaps, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  

Governance & Compliance

• Ensurecompliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Implementdata governance and access management frameworks.
  
• Maintainaudit readiness and risk mitigation controls.
  
• Leadand mentor Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Integration Specialists, BIDevelopers, and Platform Engineers.

Required Experience

• 10+years in Data Engineering, Analytics, Integration, or EnterpriseApplications.
  
• 5+years leading enterprise-scale data and integration platforms.
  
• Experiencemanaging production support and application delivery teams.
  
• Strongstakeholder management experience across business and technology teams.
  
• Experiencemanaging multiple vendors and managed service providers.
  

Demonstrate strong written and verbalcommunication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, end users, andcross-functional teams.
