What You'll Do

• Learn about the planning, construction, leasing, sales, and management of (commercial) real estate.
• Participate in budget planning for repair and maintenance.
• Manage and communicate with tenants and external service providers.
• Gain experience in commercial, technical, and infrastructural facility management.
• Implement marketing strategies for properties and conduct market analyses.
• Identify optimization potentials in property management, lease administration, and location development.

What You'll Need

• A high school diploma (Abitur), a qualified vocational qualification, or a state-certified technician/business administrator qualification.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Economic understanding, strong analytical skills, and an interest in technology, physics, and mathematics.
• A keen interest in the real estate industry and its various aspects.
• Teamwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across disciplines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
