Radar Systems Engineer will:

• Provide guidance and leadership for radar program execution
• Navigate major program milestones for modern fixed site and/or surface naval radars
• Develop radar development schedules, identify critical paths, develop integration plans, provide cost estimates, create staffing plans, facilitate team development, and develop risk mitigation plans
• Support the planning and execution of development and integration activities; working with systems, software, and hardware teams to coordinate schedules
• Lead design reviews, system demos, flight tests, element and system level verification activities, and system certification
• Execute integration and test activities, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, technically assess anomalies, and drive them to resolution.
• Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical matters
• Travel domestically and/or internationally as needed to support on site installation, integration, and test.
