About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Consultant to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, OpenTofu along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure as Code Development

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform modules for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions for scalable, highly available, and resilient environments.
• Automate provisioning and configuration of compute, networking, storage, databases, IAM, and other cloud resources.
• Establish coding standards, module versioning, repository structures, and reusable infrastructure patterns.
• Manage Terraform state, remote backends, state locking, imports, and infrastructure drift detection.
• Evaluate and implement additional IaC tools such as OpenTofu, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Bicep, or Pulumi where appropriate.

Cloud Infrastructure Engineering

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Implement secure network architectures, including VPCs/VNets, subnets, routing, firewalls, load balancers, and private connectivity.
• Automate cloud resource provisioning across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Implement high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity capabilities.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, reliability, and cloud expenditure.

CI/CD and Automation

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning, validation, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate Terraform workflows with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
