Experience: 8+ years experience

• Design, configure, and support ForgeRock AM/IDM in enterprise IAM environments.

• Develop and maintain authentication flows, access policies, SSO, federation, and provisioning.

• Integrate ForgeRock with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.

• Support integrations with ADFS, RSA, and legacy identity systems.

• Troubleshoot complex SSO, authentication, federation, claims, certificate, and performance issues.

• Handle L2/L3 production support, upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, and certificate/secrets rotation.

• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams on integrations, migrations, and IAM issues.

• Maintain technical documentation, audit evidence, and operational runbooks.
