Job Description
Civica in APAC seeks a Head of SRE Engineering to lead the transformation of LiveOps into a modern SRE/CloudOps capability across APAC, the UK, Europe and North America, ensuring reliable citizen-facing services.
You will shape the operating model, build the right engineering foundations, and move from reactive operations to proactive, automated reliability while collaborating with Product, Platform, Security and regional leadership to strengthen readiness and reduce downtime.
