Registered Nurse/RN- Inpatient Psychiatry - Waltham - 10K Sign-on

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Units in our Waltham MA location.. Key Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care to patients and families.
• Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
• Providing education to patients and families.
• Facilitating group therapies.
• Overseeing behavioral health specialist staff.
• 24, 32 or36 hours, schedule is either 1) day/evening rotating (approx 50%), occasional overnights, every other weekend and rotating holidays or 2) nights and every other weekend.

• A bachelor's degree in nursing

• 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric experience preferred.

• Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
