The Role

• Engage with inbound callers to understand and address their insurance needs, offering tailored solutions.
• Prepare insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, and convert quotes into active policies.
• Deliver exceptional service to demonstrate the value of being a policyholder.
• Help customers feel secure and supported, contributing to their peace of mind.
• Build rapport and trust with customers through genuine care and expertise.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• OR Associate's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• OR Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport.
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills in a dynamic setting.
• Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
