Role:Lab Technician

Location: Santa Clara, CA  - Onsite

Job Summary

  • Perform rack & stack, network cabling, cable management, and lab equipment organization.
  • Provide basic network administration, troubleshooting, SSH/console access, and device connectivity support.
  • Manage remote lab access using SSL VPN, RDP/VNC/View Client, and maintain lab availability.
  • Audit physical/virtual devices, including serial numbers, connections, IP addresses, and documentation.
  • Provide basic Linux, Windows, VMware, Cisco/Arista switch, firewall, and OpenShift support.
  • Monitor ticket queues, prioritize SLA requests, reassign tickets, and communicate statfollow-ups.
  • 1–3 years’ Lab/Data Center experience; must understand copper/fiber cabling, power/cooling, and lift 50+ lbs.
