Job Description

Temporary Data Administrator

2 week temporary assignment

Northallerton - Office based

Are you confident working with Excel and comfortable handling data accurately?

We are currently looking for a Temporary Data Administrator to support a short-term project, assisting with loading and cleansing data within an ERP system.

Working closely with the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Copying data from Excel tables into macro-enabled XML files
  • Carrying out basic data cleansing, including removing special characters and additional line spaces
  • Loading data into SAP using the data migration tool
  • Investigating and resolving any errors during the migration process
  • Recording progress and documenting any issues that cannot be resolved

This role would suit someone who has experience and is confident working with data, good Excel skills and excellent attention to detail. You will need to be comfortable following processes, identifying errors and working accurately within a busy project environment. SAP experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
