The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail locations, trade shows, and community events.
• Engage shoppers, present product benefits, and generate interest in high-quality home solutions.
• Secure qualified leads by converting conversations into in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays.
• Cover various retail locations in the greater Fort Worth area, including North Fort Worth, Arlington, Duncanville, and Weatherford.

What You'll Need

• An outgoing and confident personality with a passion for engaging with people.
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned retail locations and events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
