Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Discount Tire is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst II to ensure the reliability and performance of our retail and eCommerce applications. In this role, you will design and execute test cases, perform functional and regression testing, and manage defects to support safe, seamless customer experiences. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business teams in an Agile environment. Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test suites for retail and e
• Commerce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing across web and internal systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect-tracking tools and work with developers to resolve them.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to and refine test plans, test strategies, and quality standards for new and existing features.
• Support and help expand automation coverage for regression and smoke testing where appropriate.
• Validate data integrity using basic SQL queries and system logs to troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide accurate test estimates and quality risk assessments.
