Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner – Member Identity & Access Management (MIAM) with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong experience in Member Identity, Access Management, Authentication, and Authorization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with business, security, architecture, and engineering teams to define and deliver secure, scalable identity solutions that improve the member experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and manage the MIAM product vision, roadmap, backlog, priorities, and release planning aligned with business, security, and member experience objectives.
• Gather and translate business and member identity requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Define and prioritize capabilities including member registration, authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, identity verification, password management, account recovery, and access lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, IAM architects, UX teams, developers, and QA teams to deliver MIAM solutions.
• Lead Agile product delivery, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate stakeholder communication, and ensure successful delivery of Member Identity & Access Management features and releases
