The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations for homeowners.

• Perform ladder or attic inspections to assess property needs.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet customer requirements.
• Work with pre-set, pre-qualified appointments to focus on closing deals.
• Start the day with team meetings to strategize and prepare for appointments.

What You'll Need

• Midday, evening, and weekend availability.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation with auto insurance.
• Ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.
• No prior sales or construction experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided.
• Willingness to learn and implement a proven sales process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
