Job Overview
Experience: 5+ Years IT / 3+ Years ServiceNow / 2+ Years Moveworks
The client is seeking a ServiceNow & Moveworks Engineer to design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and the Moveworks AI platform. The engineer will help automate employee support, improve self-service, and integrate enterprise workflows across IT and HR service channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and Moveworks.
• Configure ServiceNow capabilities consumed through Moveworks conversational interfaces.
• Support employee self-service and AI-driven ticket automation.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow APIs used by Moveworks.
• Configure REST APIs, IntegrationHub, web services, and authentication mechanisms.
• Develop ServiceNow workflows and automation supporting Moveworks use cases.
• Configure catalog items, knowledge articles, incidents, requests, and cases for AI-driven interactions.
• Support conversational automation and employee-support workflows.
• Troubleshoot API, authentication, integration, and workflow issues.
• Work with business teams to identify opportunities for automation.
• Configure ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Develop scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST integrations.
• Monitor integrations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Support testing, releases, upgrades, and deployment activities.
• Document integrations, APIs, workflows, and technical architecture.

Required Skills

• 3+ years ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on Moveworks integration/development experience.
• Strong REST API experience.
• ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
• Flow Designer.
• JavaScript / Glide APIs.
• ServiceNow ITSM.
• Service Catalog and Knowledge Management.
• Incident and Request Management.
• API authentication such as OAuth.
• Troubleshooting of enterprise integrations.

Preferred

• Experience with Moveworks Studio.
• Moveworks API/integration experience.
• Experience with conversational AI or enterprise virtual agents.
• ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
