Technical Product Manager can effectively bridge business, product and technology. Owning the product roadmap and priorities while having sufficient technical depth in Cloud / AWS and GenAI to work closely with architects and engineering teams. Independently drive requirements, stakeholder alignment, technical discussions, risks/dependencies, demos, UAT/sign-offs and production readiness, ensuring predictable delivery of secure, scalable and business-aligned AI/Cloud solutions.

Skills / Experience

• Over 12 years with 5+ years in Product Management / Product Ownership for technology products or platforms; Experience working with AWS, Cloud, GenAI or enterprise applications
• Product Management - Product vision, roadmap, backlog management, requirements gathering, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, stakeholder management, product demos, UAT and sign-off management
• Technical - Strong understanding of AWS/Cloud-native architecture, GenAI/LLMs, RAG, AI agents/orchestration, APIs, Microservices, enterprise application integration, AI security and governance
• Delivery - Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence, dependency and risk management, release planning, UAT and production readiness
• Customer/Business - Strong experience working directly with business/customer stakeholders and translating business needs into technical/product requirements
• Secondary / Preferred Skills - Product Strategy; AI Agent/Agentic AI frameworks; Security & Compliance; Life Sciences/Healthcare domain knowledge; AWS Advanced Architecture / Well-Architected Framework; Amazon Bedrock; GenAI/LLMs/RAG; AI Governance & Responsible AI
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills; ownership and accountability. Structured problem-solving and decision-making
• Proactive in identifying risks, gaps and opportunities; Strong collaboration and leadership skills

Job / Role Description

• Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog and prioritization for AI/cloud-based enterprise products
• Work closely with business and customer stakeholders to understand business problems, define requirements and translate them into clear product capabilities and technical requirements
• Partner with Technical Architects, Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, Security and Infrastructure teams to drive solution design and delivery
• Possess sufficient technical depth to understand and contribute to discussions around AWS Cloud architecture, GenAI/LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, microservices and enterprise integrations
• Drive requirements through the complete lifecycle — discovery, design, development, testing, UAT, stakeholder approval and production rollout
• Define and prioritize product backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria based on business value and technical feasibility
• Lead product/solution demos and drive stakeholder feedback, decisions and sign-offs
• Identify and proactively manage product, technical, delivery and cross-team risks and dependencies
• Work with architects and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable and cost-effective
• Contribute to AI governance, data security, responsible AI and enterprise compliance discussions
• Evaluate emerging GenAI and cloud capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance the product/platform
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa
• Ability to manage competing priorities and influence cross-functional teams
