Assistenzarzt oder Arzt in Weiterbildung (m/w/d) in der Unfallchirurgie/ Orthopädie | Nortorf, Germany | On-site

The Role

  • Undertake the diagnosis and treatment of injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system under specialist guidance.
  • Assist in surgical procedures and progressively perform minor surgeries independently, according to your training level.
  • Provide comprehensive patient care from admission through inpatient treatment to discharge and follow-up.
  • Participate in on-call duties and assist in the management of emergencies and acute patients.
  • Actively engage in internal and external training as well as clinical case discussions to advance your specialist medical training.

What You'll Need

  • A licensed physician with an interest in extensive training in trauma surgery and orthopedics, or currently pursuing specialist training and seeking advanced development.
  • Ability to communicate openly and enjoy tackling complex medical tasks within a multidisciplinary team.
  • An empathetic and appreciative approach to patient care, coupled with self-initiative.
  • A strong desire to contribute to patient recovery and a commitment to continuous learning.
