Job Description

Psychological Psychotherapist (m/f/d) for Children/Adolescents in Further Training | Marsberg, Germany | On-site We are seeking dedicated professionals for a leading clinic specializing in psychosomatics, recognized as one of the largest in Germany. This facility is a key training center for child and adolescent behavioral therapy, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for professional growth and advanced patient care. The Role • Conduct comprehensive psychological diagnostics for adolescent patients in an inpatient setting. • Provide individualized psychotherapy sessions, tailoring treatments to patient needs. • Lead indication-specific group therapies, actively guiding the therapeutic process. • Prepare professional admission and discharge reports, ensuring accurate documentation. • Participate in the 36-month structured further training program for specialized psychotherapists. What You'll Need • Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy (according to the reformed study regulations). • Willingness to engage in the hospital-based portion of the specialist psychotherapist further training. • Strong teamwork skills and readiness to collaborate in a multidisciplinary therapeutic team. • Proactive, highly engaged, and responsible approach to work. • Excellent social skills and empathy in interactions with patients and colleagues.
