The Role

• Accurately locate, pick, and prepare merchandise for online order fulfillment.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of all prepared orders before customer pickup.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or questions.
• Perform appropriate product substitutions when necessary, following established guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet operational goals.

What You'll Need

• Experience in order picking, fulfillment, or a similar retail/logistics role is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Availability to work various shifts, including opening, morning, mid, and closing.
