• *The Role**
• Operate heavy machinery, including hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders, to manage shipping containers.
• Load and unload containers from railcars and trucks accurately and safely.
• Position and relocate containers within the intermodal yard.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Coordinate with yard personnel and supervisors to manage daily logistics operations.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to established safety protocols.

• *What You'll Need**
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to maintain open availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and a keen attention to detail.
• Basic communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders and stairs.
