We are seeking a dedicated educator to join a leading team at an internationally recognized psychosomatic and psychiatric clinic. This facility is one of the largest of its kind in Germany, known for its high standards of therapy and comprehensive patient care, serving both adults and adolescents.

The Role

• Co-therapeutically support patient conversations to enhance the therapeutic process.
• Plan, structure, and lead co-therapeutic groups to foster participant interaction and development.
• Assist patients during meals and exposures, contributing to their stabilization and self-efficacy.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing observations and assessments.
• Provide holistic and empathetic individual support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Work within a regulated shift system to ensure continuous patient care and support.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an educator (m/w/d).
• Experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential group care for individuals is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and passion for the work.
• Respectful, professional, and empathetic demeanor towards patients and their families.
• Curiosity for new topics and a commitment to professional development.
