Technical Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst | Utilities | £450 per day Inside IR35

Hybrid based in Reading - 1 to 3 days on site per week

We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a utilities project, with an ASAP start on an initial 6-month contract.

What you'll be doing

• Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.

• Working with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver system improvements.

• Mapping processes, analysing data and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Supporting systems integration, data flows, testing and implementation.

• Translating business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar.

• Experience in the utilities or energy sector.

• Knowledge of data tools such as SQL, Power BI or Excel.

• Strong understanding of systems, integrations and business processes.

• Experience with workforce management, scheduling or resource planning is desirable.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
