The Role • Explore new data sources and develop effective queries to understand mission environments. • Combine information from disparate sources to create valuable intelligence products. • Validate information and apply client tradecraft to build assessments for senior policymakers. • Leverage targeting techniques, methodologies, tools, and databases to inform key decision-makers. • Analyze the development of products tailored to clients at tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads and complex written products. • Share methodologies and grow expertise within a supportive team environment. What You'll Need • Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within intelligence community or Combatant Command environments. • Experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis. • Experience working with SIGINT and HUMINT, and proficiency with high-side tools and databases such as Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, and BODHI. • Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality deliverables, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings. • Ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems. • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam. • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.
