Fifth Element is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Talent Coordinator to join our growing team! We're looking for someone who stays two steps ahead, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to keep multiple moving pieces on track. You'll play a key role in supporting our recruiting and HR efforts, from coordinating interviews to onboarding new hires. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in talent acquisition, gain hands-on recruiting experience, and take on more responsibility as they develop. If you're resourceful, enjoy working with people, and have a knack for making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments, managing calendars and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the full recruitment process, from interview scheduling through onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track hiring activity within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Proactively follow up with candidates and hiring teams to keep the recruitment process moving.
  • Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and general HR administrative tasks.
  • Support employee record management and HRIS updates.
  • Gain exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, and other recruiting activities as you grow in the role.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and keep the Talent team organized and efficient.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration, or general administrative support.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating interviews and managing multiple calendars.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in recruiting and a desire to grow into a larger talent acquisition role.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now  is a plus.
  • Experience in an advertising agency or pharmaceutical/healthcare environment is a plus.

Pay Range:$60,000- $65,000
