Salary: $130K–$140K/year

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Life Sciences CRM expertise and an understanding of AI-driven business solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with business, product, and technology teams to identify process improvement opportunities, define requirements, and support the implementation of CRM and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and challenges within Life Sciences commercial operations.
• Analyze CRM workflows and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and AI adoption.
• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support CRM and AI solution evaluation, implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support UAT, change management, training, and user adoption activities.
• Analyze business data and user feedback to recommend continuous improvements.
• Prepare executive-level summaries, recommendations, and solution proposals.
• Manage requirements traceability and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted bridge between business and technology stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 4+ years supporting CRM initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Life Sciences commercial operations, customer engagement, and CRM processes.
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Understanding of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, automation, conversational AI, and emerging digital technologies.
• Strong requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and solution definition skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Veeva Vault and the broader Veeva ecosystem.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, Medical Affairs, or commercial operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Salesforce Einstein, or similar AI platforms.
• Understanding of CRM integrations, data governance, master data, and customer engagement analytics.
• Experience supporting AI proof-of-concepts and business case development.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with distributed U.S. and offshore teams.
