The Role

• Meet with business owners and families within your assigned territory to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects from initial contact to closing.
• Travel within your territory Monday through Thursday, focusing on relationship building and sales.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and driving collective success.
• Pursue advancement opportunities within the organisation, with a strong emphasis on internal promotions.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a desire for performance-based income with no ceiling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• A coachable attitude and a willingness to learn and follow a proven sales system and utilize advanced training tools.
• Comfort with overnight travel within your territory from Monday to Thursday.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
