Site Logistics Coordinator

Job Title: Site Logistics Coordinator
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 12 months
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Receive deliveries in the data center both physically and systematically
• Receive and process devices and consumable materials
• Ensure materials are secured, labeled, and stored appropriately upon delivery
• Expedite shipments and perform physical material verification activities across warehouses as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate storage areas
• Create and manage physical project pallets
• Pull, prepare, and coordinate shipment of materials to other sites and warehouse locations
• Support urgent data center operations material requests and escalate issues when appropriate
• Perform inventory accuracy activities
• Conduct weekly inventory scans for devices
• Complete cycle count activities according to established inventory schedules and ABC inventory analysis requirements
• Investigate inventory discrepancies through onsite and warehouse deep dive reviews
• Perform physical and systematic Return to Stock activities
• Execute Return to Stock rack transactions
• Process unused project materials through Return to Stock procedures
• Follow established safety, security, and inventory management practices

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or data center environments preferred
• Experience receiving, storing, and shipping materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials in accordance with safety guidelines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using inventory management systems preferred
• Ability to prioritize urgent operational requests in a fast paced environment
