Senior SailPoint ISC Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer with 7 10 years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience and deep expertise in application onboarding, identity governance, and access lifecycle automation within SailPoint ISC. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical professional capable of independently driving complex onboarding initiatives, implementing scalable identity governance solutions, and leveraging SailPoint s AI-driven capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and security outcomes.

This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work directly with business stakeholders, application teams, and security partners to deliver high-quality IAM solutions with minimal supervision in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Required Experience:

7 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (SailPoint ISC/Identity Now).

Proven experience in application onboarding, customization and integration within SailPoint ISC.

Strong expertise in:

Identity Lifecycle Management

Access Governance

Access Certifications

Provisioning & Deprovisioning

RBAC & Access Controls

Entitlement Management

Role Modeling

Hands-on experience leveraging AI-driven capabilities and automation features within SailPoint ISC to improve governance operations and reduce manual effort.

Experience integrating enterprise applications through:

REST APIs

SCIM

Web Services

JDBC

Active Directory

Microsoft Entra ID

LDAP

Working knowledge of GitLab SaaS, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage directly with customers and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver solutions with minimal oversight.
