Billboard Crew Member

Lamar Advertising Company seeks a Billboard Crew Member to support our outdoor advertising operations. In this field-based role, you'll help install, maintain, and remove vinyl and digital billboard advertisements across your local market. Working at heights and outdoors year-round, you'll operate trucks, ladders, and lifts to safely access structures, change copy, and keep faces clean, visible, and on-brand. You'll inspect and maintain billboard hardware, lighting, and supports, following OSHA and company safety standards. As part of a tight-knit crew, you'll contribute directly to high-visibility campaigns for local and national advertisers while building a long-term career with a stable industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and remove vinyl and digital billboard advertisements following layout specifications and safety standards
• Operate trucks, lifts, ladders, and hand tools to access elevated structures and complete billboard work
• Perform routine inspection, cleaning, and basic repairs of billboard faces, structures, and lighting components
• Follow all OSHA, company, and traffic safety procedures, including use of fall protection and PPEDocument work performed through photos, logs, or digital systems and report any structural or electrical issues
• Work closely with operations and sales teams to meet posting deadlines and quality expectations
• Load, transport, and handle materials, hardware, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with troubleshooting lighting and electrical issues under supervision of qualified personnel
• Communicate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and occasionally property owners or clients
• Participate in ongoing safety, equipment, and technical training sessions
