The Role

• Organize and structure the daily hospital routine, supporting patient and team coordination.
• Engage in co-therapeutic conversations, reinforcing topics from individual or group therapies.
• Provide crisis intervention as the first point of contact in acute situations.
• Lead therapy groups focusing on areas like relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, or skill training.
• Offer therapeutic support during meals for patients with eating disorders.
• Participate in shift work to ensure continuous patient care and support.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an Educator or Health and Nursing Professional (m/f/d).
• Desirable experience in psychosomatics/psychiatry or residential care settings.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for the work.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
• Curiosity for new topics and a drive for professional development.
