Opportunity

We are looking for a Lead HR Technology Product Owner Workday to lead and mentor a team of Agile Product Owners supporting a large enterprise HR technology portfolio.

This is a leadership-level product role focused on Workday, HR Technology, Agile Product Management, product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder leadership.

You will work closely with HR, Technology, Operations, and senior business stakeholders to drive product strategy and delivery across multiple HR technology functions.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Agile Product Owners/Product Managers.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans for HR Technology products.
• Partner with HR and Technology leadership to align product roadmaps with business goals.
• Establish and improve Agile product management, governance, and operating practices.
• Mentor Product Owners on backlog management, prioritization, product planning, and stakeholder management.
• Drive alignment between business requirements, product strategy, technology capabilities, and delivery execution.
• Provide product leadership across Workday HCM and HR technology, including:

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or HR Technology Product Lead.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, or managing Product Owners/Product Managers.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday and HR Technology.
• Strong understanding of Agile Product Management, product operating models, roadmaps, backlog management, and product governance.
• Experience working with senior HR, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Strong strategic planning, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in large, complex, enterprise or transformational environments.
• Ability to balance product strategy with hands-on delivery execution.
