The Role

• Responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical and operational matters on-site, ensuring adherence to company standards and executing daily operational planning.
• Provide customer consultation and support from order acceptance to vehicle handover with a strong service orientation.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the planning and creation of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, ensure proper inventory management, and maintain audit-relevant standards and corrective actions.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, preferably with several years of professional experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake a specialized skills test or already possess the "Operations Manager (HWK)" qualification.
• Possess a valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and computer proficiency, with comfort in administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships.
