The Role

• Support the store management in all personnel and store operations matters.
• Ensure the store adheres to company standards, optimize workflows, and monitor key performance indicators.
• Actively contribute on the sales floor, assisting with stock replenishment, pricing, and cashier duties.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship in retail or equivalent qualification, with professional experience and ideally some leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate employees, coupled with an independent work style and a strong hands-on mentality.
• Team spirit, flexibility, and a high degree of responsibility.
• Enthusiasm for the motorcycle lifestyle or existing knowledge of the motorcycle industry.
