This is not a traditional procurement role.
ADI is seeking a strategic and hands-on supply chain leader to drive the growth and profitability of our Exclusive Brands business. 
This leader will own critical elements of the end-to-end supply chain, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, supply continuity, new product introduction (NPI) readiness, and inventory strategy across a global network of manufacturing partners and suppliers. Working closely with planning, engineering, and category management teams, this role ensures supply readiness and successful product launches that support growth and customer satisfaction.
Working closely with Engineering, Exclusive Brands Category Management, Planning, Operations, and Executive Leadership, this role will directly influence product availability, supplier performance, inventory investment, customer experience, and business growth.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is equally comfortable negotiating with suppliers and presenting to senior executives, and understands how to balance growth, service, cost, and working capital.
What You'll Own
  • Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy for ADI's growing Exclusive Brands business.
  • Develop sourcing, supplier, and manufacturing strategies that support innovation, profitable growth, and supply continuity.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain Planning to align sourcing, supplier capacity, inventory strategies, and product availability with business objectives.
  • Ensure supplier readiness, inventory positioning, and operational execution for successful product launches and lifecycle transitions.
  • Collaborate with Category Management and Planning teams to balance service, inventory investment, and growth objectives across the Exclusive Brands portfolio.
  • Collaborate directly with Sales leadership to align supply strategies with customer demand and growth opportunities.
  • Build strategic relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers across a global network.
  • Identify and execute cost-reduction, value-engineering, and supplier-performance initiatives.
  • Lead risk mitigation efforts involving component shortages, capacity constraints, geopolitical risks, and supply disruptions.
  • Develop scalable planning and procurement processes as the Exclusive Brands business continues to grow.
  • Build and develop a high-performing procurement and supply chain organization.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience across procurement, supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or sourcing.
  • Experience managing complex electronics, technology, industrial, or OEM supply chains.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, S&OP, supply planning, product launch readiness, and supplier capacity management.
  • Experience working with engineering teams, product management teams, and commercial organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leading supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and drive decisions in a matrix organization.
  • Experience managing large supplier spend and global supplier networks.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams
