C++ Developer – Modern C++ / Windows / AI Development
Location: Irving, TX OR Atlanta, GA
Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 Days/Week

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on C++ Developer with recent experience developing modern C++ applications in a Windows environment. The ideal candidate will have strong software-development fundamentals and practical experience using modern AI development tools and agentic workflows.

This is a 5-day onsite position in either Irving, TX or Atlanta, GA.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on development experience with modern C++
• Recent professional experience developing C++ applications on Windows
• Recent experience using Visual Studio for C++ development
• Strong understanding of modern C++ development practices and coding standards
• Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or development workflows
• Hands-on experience using Claude in real software-development workflows
• Experience with multi-agent / agentic AI systems
• Understanding of:
  • Multiple AI agents collaborating on tasks
  • Task delegation between agents
  • Agent orchestration and workflow management
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows beyond basic IDE autocomplete
• Experience with command-line AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot CLI or similar tools is highly desirable
• Experience with spec-driven development, including:
  • Converting requirements into structured specifications/Markdown
  • Using AI tools to drive implementation from those specifications
• Ability to review, validate, debug, and correct AI-generated code
• Strong quality-focused development and debugging mindset
• Ability and willingness to work onsite 5 days per week in Irving, TX or Atlanta, GA

Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenAI tools
• Payments or POS experience
• Payment technology certification experience
• Experience working in compliance-heavy environments
• Experience in enterprise software development

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software using modern C++
• Develop and troubleshoot applications in a Windows environment
• Use Visual Studio and modern development tools for hands-on development
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to improve development workflows
• Develop or work with multi-agent AI workflows and orchestration
• Use Python for scripting, automation, and AI-enabled development workflows
• Translate requirements into structured technical specifications
• Use AI-assisted development workflows to implement features from specifications
• Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, quality, and maintainability
• Diagnose defects and troubleshoot software issues
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout development and testing
• Maintain a strong quality-first approach to software development
