Director of Sales and Marketing Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the senior living or healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving occupancy in a senior living community.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media, and community engagement tactics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Director of Sales and Marketing Day-to-Day Responsibilities
