The Role

• Measure and record patient vital signs, including medical history.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians with exams.
• Perform routine clinical tasks, including phlebotomy and basic lab tests, under physician supervision.
• Administer medications, apply bandages, and perform other first aid procedures as instructed.
• Provide health coaching to patients to support healthy lifestyle choices and follow up via calls.
• Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and adhere to safety standards.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, EMT, or Paramedic program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, EMT, or Paramedic.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team.
