Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM [OTL) Functional

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, with strong hands-on expertise in Time and Labor.
• Proven experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Time and Labor, Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR.
• Strong understanding of time rules, overtime calculations, shift differentials, approvals, and labor costing.
• Hands-on experience with UAT, payroll parallel testing, and production support.

Work Site: Dallas, TX / Remote with Travel up to 25%

Duration: 10 Months

Expected Start Date: Immediate
