Job Description My client, a leading engineering and infrastructure organisation, is hiring a Data Analyst to join an established Operational Excellence team based in Banbridge. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll develop interactive dashboards, automate reporting processes, analyse operational performance, and help drive continuous improvement through data-led decision making. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for integrating data from multiple sources, building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, performing statistical and trend analysis, supporting business reporting requirements, and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll also contribute to improving reporting standards, workflow automation, and overall data quality across the organisation. The Person 1-2 years' commercial experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role. Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX and data modelling. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query and complex formulas. Experience using Power Automate for workflow automation. Experience working with SharePoint or other cloud-based data platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience gathering reporting requirements and delivering business-focused dashboards. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills. Desirable Experience Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business or a related discipline. Strong SQL skills, including writing queries and building analytical data models. Previous experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction or infrastructure environments. Experience working with large operational datasets and business reporting solutions.
