Remediation Data Analyst

Data Analyst - Remediation - Python/R - London Hybrid (2 days onsite) - eligible for SC clearance - 18 month contract

I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst with Remediation experience to join a long-term programme with our government client in London.

As the Remediation Data Analyst you'll provide structured analysis and data solutions to support remediation work across banking-related data and processes. You will translate remediation needs into robust data structures and applications that help resolve issues and support ongoing operational and regulatory requirements.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have

• Proven remediation experience within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with R or Python for data analysis and processing.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reporting and validation.
• Experience designing or supporting data structures, pipelines or applications.
• Ability to translate business and remediation needs into clear data requirements.
• Awareness of data security and governance when working with sensitive data.

Due to the nature of the client and the team, candidates will be required to go through BPSS vetting and be eligible for SC clearance.
