The Role • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Pegasystems. • Provide operational support for enterprise PEGA infrastructure. • Review, test, and implement patches and upgrades for the PEGA platform. • Gather requirements and manage all phases of the software development lifecycle. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the PEGA infrastructure using critical thinking skills. What You'll Need • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience. • Previous business system solution development experience using Pegasystems (Pega). • 4+ years of experience building, managing, and supporting PEGA operating systems and application platforms. • 4+ years of experience with PEGA upgrade and patching activities. • Strong knowledge of PEGA Application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, reports, and other OOTB tools. • Knowledge of Web technologies, including .Net or Java.
